Natcha Connot, CSW-PIP, is a therapist with many years of experience in behavioral health, outpatient mental health, integrated care, care management, and discharge planning. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from South Dakota State University and her Master of Social Work from the University of Denver.
Natcha works with individuals and couples, with areas of focus including anxiety, depression, stress management, personal development, and relationship concerns. She takes an eclectic, individualized approach to therapy, often blending evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
Clients often describe Natcha as approachable and down to earth. Her goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel seen, empowered, and able to explore challenges, develop insight, and build resilience. She is passionate about this work because she believes people are capable of growth and healing when they feel supported through difficult emotions, life transitions, or relationship challenges.
Outside of work, Natcha enjoys spending time outdoors in the Black Hills, where she can often be found rock climbing, hiking, running, or biking. When the weather keeps her indoors, she enjoys reading, baking, and learning how to play the kalimba.
