Maggie Falwell, MA



Maggie Falwell, MA is a dedicated Mental Health Therapist at The Remedy, specializing in trauma-focused therapy and treatment for complex mental health issues. She is currently pursuing her Psy.D. in Counseling Psychology at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from the same institution. Maggie also earned a Master’s degree in Global Youth Development from the University of Montana and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Arkansas Tech University.

With a comprehensive background in various clinical settings, Maggie brings extensive experience to her role. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). She has experience providing individual and group therapy, along with psychoeducational programming and ketamine integration work.

Maggie is passionate about creating a collaborative and trusting therapeutic environment, believing that strong rapport is essential for clients to achieve their goals. She works with adults offering both in-person and telehealth services who have experienced trauma, criminal justice involvement, substance use, self-harm, personality, and concerns related to sex and sexuality.

Outside of her professional work, Maggie enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her dogs. She also loves exercising and hiking, activities that contribute to her overall well-being and balance in life.
