John Kirui, CNP, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides patient-centered, compassionate mental health care. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Anderson University and is committed to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where patients feel heard, respected, and understood.
John takes a holistic approach to treatment, actively listening to each patient’s story and involving them in shared decision-making. He prioritizes education and ensures patients understand their diagnoses and treatment options in a clear, approachable way, helping them feel informed and in control of their care. Respect for dignity, values, and autonomy is central to his clinical approach.
John is motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact during some of his patients’ most challenging moments. Supporting individuals as they move through treatment and seeing improvements in mood, confidence, relationships, and daily functioning, is what he finds most rewarding about his work.
Outside of the clinic, John enjoys spending time with family and traveling to explore different parts of the world.
