Biography


Ben Anderson, FNP-BC, is a Family Nurse Practitioner at The Remedy Mental Health who believes mental health care should be thoughtful, personalized, and rooted in the whole person, not just symptoms.

Ben earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and is board-certified through the ANCC. With decades of experience across cardiology, urgent and emergent care, occupational medicine, and orthopedic surgery, Ben brings a broad medical perspective to mental health care. His background allows him to thoughtfully consider how physical health, mental health, and life circumstances intersect.

Throughout his career, Ben has been involved in expanding access to care, launching new services, and supporting underserved communities. He values a comprehensive approach to treatment and is especially passionate about helping patients feel heard and supported in their care decisions.

Outside of the clinic, Ben is committed to his faith, family, and serving others. He has participated in numerous domestic and international mission trips and finds joy in helping people reach their goals, both personally and professionally. An avid endurance athlete and nature enthusiast, Ben has completed marathons, ultramarathons, Ironman 70.3 triathlons, and even an extreme triathlon within the Arctic Circle. He also teaches a running class at UW–Eau Claire, where he enjoys encouraging others to experience the mental and physical benefits of movement.
