Biography

Sydnie Gamroth, MSN, PMHNP is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at The Remedy Mental Health who takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to care. She is committed to understanding each patient’s goals and works to develop treatment plans that align with their needs in a meaningful way. Sydnie believes in creating a space where patients feel comfortable, supported, and able to show up as they are.

Sydnie earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. Her path into mental health care was shaped by a personal experience that highlighted the challenges many face when trying to access timely, specialized support. This experience continues to drive her passion for improving access to care and being part of the solution for patients in need.

What motivates Sydnie most is being part of a patient’s story and helping them build the tools needed to improve their well-being. She is committed to empowering patients and fostering a sense of safety and trust, especially for those returning to care after setbacks. Sydnie believes progress isn’t always linear, and she strives to create an environment where patients feel encouraged to keep going, no matter where they are in their journey.

Outside of work, Sydnie enjoys spending time with her pets and family, getting massages, and staying active through running and hiking.
